CRYOPIGMENATATION AND CRODERMIE
Cryopigmentation:
Pain Free Permanent Makeup
Have you been considering the addition of permanent makeup
to your practice?
Scared of the pain your clients will experience?
Concerned about post-treatment inflammation?
We have the answer for you. Cryotherapy
has been used since the days of Hippocrates for a variety
of applications. Following years of research, a French company,
Dermoline, has patented a stabilized electronic cooling device
for use with multiple procedures. Used during the application
of permanent cosmetics, the treatment reduces pain and discomfort
by 80%. The electronically controlled cooling device has preprogrammed
time and temperature settings for the area being treated and
for optimal analgesic (numbing) effects. Research has shown
optimal analgesia to lie between 0 degrees and -5 degrees
centigrade. The stabilized cooling penetrates through the
deepest layers of the skin and desensitizes the area to be
treated. When done during the application of permanent makeup,
the cooling generates vascular constriction. This process
reduces swelling and bleeding which allows more precise work
without inflammation or red blotches. The cryo probe allows
the client to take a more active role in the treatment. Prior
to the administration of the pigment, the client holds the
cryo probe to the area being treated. Intermittent reapplication
of the probe to the treated area helps the pigment penetrate
faster and limits rejection. There are no contraindications
to using the cryo procedure. |
CRYODERMIE:
EVEN MORE USES WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT!
Crydermie uses the concept of cold therapy combined with specific
cryoactive products(products that are activated when cold is
applied to them) to treat fine lines, wrinkles and dehydrated
skin. Perfect for use following microdermabrasion, the combination
of the cryoactive products and the calming effect of the electronically
stabilized cooling has an immediate effect on the skin. The
exfoliative action of microdermabrasion promotes an acute inflammatory
response which heats the skin. Removal of the stratum corneum
layer during microdermabrasion nearly always dries up the skin.
Post-microdermabrasion treatment using cryodermie and cryoactive
products addresses both the inflammation and the dryness. It
can also be used independently on those clients where microdermabrasion
is inappropriate or contraindicated. Backbar and retail cryoactive
products are an integral part of the treatment protocol.
Using the cryo retail products not only increases the effectiveness
of the treatment, but also increases your revenues. Use the
cryodermie probe to numb the skin prior to permanent makeup,
waxing, electrolysis, vascular blemish treatment and more. |
